Shop Help

1. All the titles in the shop are available for online order.
2. Preferred payment if by Visa or MasterCard via PayPal. Cheques are accepted but must be cleared before the books are mailed to you.
3. If in stock you purchase will be posted by Express Post within 48 hours.
4. A delivery cost of $7.00 per book will be charged to cover postage & packaging.
5. Post cost for overseas will be advised via email.
6. If a book is not in stock we will send you an email advising probably delivery dates.
7. Please provide all the required information on the order form. No information provided by customers will be forwarded to a third party.
8. We may use you email address to advertise new books or promotions unless you advise us not to do so.
9. We do not offer refunds but will replace faulty or incorrectly sent books.
10. We take no responsibility for books lost or damaged in the mail but will attempt to trace lost books via the Express Post receipt number.
